The company TEB Complex Systems and Solutions d.o.o. was founded in 2003 by a joint stock company TEB Engineering and partners. The main activity is computer engineering in the field of complex information and communication systems based on reliable information technology. Currently, the company employs five engineers, four electrical engineer and one ITS traffic engineer, with 20 years of work experience. TEB (techno-economic Bureau) was established in 1950. During sixties and seventies TEB developed into a project designer company that covered a wide range of activities of designing, creating technical documentation, business consulting and marketing. In forthcoming years, TEB adapted to market demands, and finally in 1990 focused on the design and engineering work in the field of telecommunications and ICT and changed its name to TEB Engineering Inc.

TEB Complex Systems and Solutions d.o.o. aims to develop in the area of dispatch centers, call centers and ICT systems that require knowledge of the state-of-the-art technology. This include databases, GIS, integration with various systems to communicate and transfer data ( PMR , TETRA , GSM , Wi-Fi ) and the design of ICT and telecommunication systems . The company opened a new portfolio of vertical services that tackles Energy efficiency market. These services will be developed around existing knowledge and will it evolve in the direction of the management energy efficiency which in last few years shows a steady growth in the market of energy services.
